This is the first of hopefully many newsletters and the start of a season of good diving. The original five members who decided upon the idea of a small club in a pub one night welcome everyone that has joined the club since that fateful night!

Membership fees

It was decided at the inaugural meeting that membership fees would be made annually. These will be used for administration and the purchase of a club item, to be decided upon by the club. At the moment ideas include and oxygen kit which could be used by any members on a club trip or a first aid box. The club boat is rather a long way off, with fifteen members we may be saving for quite a long while! Fees for 1996 will be £12 payable to 'Castaways Sub-Aqua Club' and should be sent to :- Suzanne Roberts, Garden Flat, Farthings, Swans Lane, Draycott, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3SS, by Friday 8th March.
